ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Celebrity Red Carpets will always make sure that any production difficulties do not interfere with any delivery schedules. In no case is Celebrity Red Carpets liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

All CRC customers agree not to hold CRC liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond CRC direct control. CRC shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.

CRC will always take action to make sure that all delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process, in which, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived, due to technical difficulty. However, technical difficulty will not be justification for order cancellation.

Please allow one day for receipt of labeling and billing information before counting turnaround time for shipping from FedEx. For example, if you are quoted a shipping time of 3 business days from February 3rd, please allow the first day for CRC to relay your information and for FedEx to pick up, and the following 3 business days/non-holidays for your shipment to arrive.

Please be advised that we may combine different items for shipping. Also be advised that we may send items separately in different boxes.
